My voyage of discovery
Through my love of portraiture, I have discovered how to capture an expression that a parent sees every day, which brings them joy and love. That may be how a dimple appears when their child laughs, a raised eyebrow, a glint in their eyes, the way they wrinkle their nose, a dance they do when excited, how they cover their face with their hands before they go boo!
I'm really pleased with the photos of my daughters cake smash. Andrew took lovely shots and I can't wait to get them to put up at home. Prompt communication and generally an excellent experience. Thank you.

Our Family were given a voucher for a 25th wedding Anniversary present and, although our girls are now 25 and 26 years old, had never had a professional photo shoot. We were amazed that we loved so many of the shots - especially the natural outdoors ones. Thank you Andrew for some lasting memories.

What an exceptional service from Andrew! Made our baby girl who was 5 months at the time laugh and smile so easily and we felt at ease knowing she was happy and comfortable in front of the camera. We adore the pictures, very high quality. We photographed our daughter in her christening gown which was 35 years old (family heirloom) and he captured it beautifully. I only noticed her hat was on the wrong way round after Andy had packed up for the day but he set everything back up and re-shot with the hat on correctly, very professional and clearly wants to make his customers happy. He takes pride in his work that is evident. If you want your baby to feel relaxed in a happy environment, look no further. Highly recommend.

What is a Portrait?
That is a challenging question
A portrait is a snapshot in time of an individual or group
- It shows who the person is.
- It is a connection between the photographer and the sitter.
- It captures the essence of the sitter.
- It conveys a person without words.
- It says something about the person.
- It shows emotion at that moment.
